I would highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway to one of America's oldest and coolest cities, er, towns. Conveniently located in the historic district, the Casa is walking distance to many of the local attractions, restaurants, and bars. The whole place is immaculate and nicely appointed. We stayed in the Valencia, and the room was great. Comfy bed, big tub, everything you'd want @ a B&B. Not to mention delicious breakfast and an entertaining happy hour of wine and apps w/ the other guests. Both me and my guest loved it. But let me tell you what stood out for me. The owner, Kathleen, was kind, gracious, and just an overall wonderful host. I was there with others to spend the weekend in St. Augustine and then go to the Texans vs. Jaguars w/ my dad, gf(ex), and some friends. Unfortunately, my plans started to unravel slightly. The gf became incredibly ill, and I was hosting the tailgate, but had no place to prep. In stepped Kathleen. She helped me take care of a sick lil lady, and generously gave me run of the kitchen to prep ribs, shrimp brochettes, and sides for a dozen. These are not things you expect to need or are comfortable asking for, but she made it all possible. I wish the game worked out as well as the Casa did, but not sure Kathleen was willing to buckle the chinstrap to fix that. I couldn't recommend a place more highly.

My girlfriend and I had the most wonderful time! We were a little skeptical due to the fact that neither of us had ever stayed at a B&B before. The house was very welcoming, the Valencia room was decorated beautifully and it was walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. We didn't touch our car during the entire stay. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this to everyone!

This inn is the cleanest and the nicest of all 24 B&B in St. Augustine. The inn keeper and owner of Casa de Suenos is so nice and friendly. Sandra and I have stayed in this inn at least 4 times over the years and would tell everyone to stay here. The rooms are wonderful.

I can't even begin to express my love for this b&b! As a first timer I was a little weary about the whole idea, however, when I arrived at cds all my fears quickly disappeared! Kathleen, the owner created us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property. The house was very quaint and cosy, not to mention clean!! Our downstairs room offered a private entrance which was very convenient. Kathleen has complimentary beer, wine, and fresh chocolate chip cookies daily! She is very attentive, very knowledgable, and her breakfasts every morning are out of this world!! Casa de suenos is in perfect walking distance of anything you'd like to do in st augustine and is a place I will definitely visit in the future!!!!

Absolutely wonderful. First off let me say I grew up in Gainesville, not too far away and started coming to St Augustine during school trips. St Augustine is a great place to escape to and have came here often. My favorite part has always been walking down Cordova Street which is one street back from the popular St George Street. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have passed CdS and how many times I stopped and took in its beauty. But out of all of those times I never stayed there. I can't believe it took me to the point that I had to move away and finally make a trip back to decide to stay at CdS. We were in Gainesville for a wedding and wanted to spend a few days in St Augustine so we decided to just park in the City Garage by the Huguenot Cemetery and walk around enjoying the sights until we found a place to stay. CdS is located at the corner of Cordova and Saragossa, a couple of houses over from the Tolomato Cemetery and St Augustine's Love Tree. Cordova also parallels St George Street. Literally, once you stepped out of the CdS you could be in the middle of the tourist district on St George within 3 mins walking or at Scarlett O'Hara's in 1.5 mins walking. This place has location, location, location. Not only does it have location it has character. The owner Kathleen put her best "Star" forward when she presented CdS. Like I said we were just walking by and said lets check this place out. We rang the bell and Kathleen greeted us. She gave us a tour of the place and presented the available rooms to us. Downstairs there was a room with a private entrance and bath. Upstairs there where two rooms with private baths and whirlpool tubs. However, the Cordova Suite included a balcony that overlooked Cordova Street. How could we passed that up, so we booked that on the spot. The room had a closet that included a mini fridge. There was sitting couch, armoire with TV/DVD, queen sized bed and a second bathroom with sink and toilet. French doors lead to the main bath that included a shower, sink and whirlpool tub with a chandelier. A second set of French doors lead out to a large balcony overlooking Cordova Street. Wonderful. With the perfect Florida weather you can leave both sets of doors open and enjoy the breeze from the Matanzas Bay.

Me and my girl friend wanted to see St. Augustine during a recent visit to Florida and liked it so much we decided to spend the night. While walking around we happened upon this B&B and fell in love with it. It is a very charming place with lots of amenities and the owner Kathleen was such a wonderful host. I highly recommend this location but suggest you make reservations especially during the peak season.

We can't say enough about Kathleen and this B & B. We first stumbled upon this gem 7 years ago on our honeymoon. From the second we walked in we never wanted to leave. We have been back several times and can't wait to go again. We have stayed at other B & B's in St Aug. but no one can compare. We will always go back. The place is VERY clean, comfortable, quiet and updated. Quaint and cozy are the words that come to mind. Close to everything. And Kathleen gives you her honest recommendations. Breakfast is always delicious and plentiful. Seriously this is the only place to stay in St Augustine.
